When will paid plans launch?

After the early access period closes. Early access testers get 90 days free, and registered interests will be notified first when plans go live.

Where does my data live?

On your machine. API keys, trade journal data, and bot state never leave your device. The activation heartbeat sends only a hashed machine ID and key hash — never personal data or trade history.

What brokers are supported?

Alpaca (US stocks & crypto), Luno (ZAR/crypto), and VALR (ZAR/crypto) are live now, with Kraken, Kraken Futures, IG, and HitBTC available in beta (Demo/Simulated by default; live execution can be enabled per broker). Binance, Interactive Brokers, MetaTrader 5, and more are on the roadmap — see the full roadmap.

Can I switch plans?

Once paid plans launch you’ll be able to upgrade or cancel at any time — full plan-management details will be shared at launch. During early access there’s nothing to manage: it’s free for 90 days.

Is there a free trial?

Early access is free for 90 days. After launch, Monthly plans will include a 7-day free trial with no card required. Paper and simulation trading are fully supported — they run under your free trial or any licence (the app needs activation to run).

What AI models does Xaltrion use?

Claude Haiku 4.5 for fast routine decisions and Claude Sonnet 4.6 for deeper analysis. Perplexity provides real-time market context. You bring your own API keys and pay providers at cost — Xaltrion takes no cut.

How will billing be handled?

PayPal in USD. Use any major card, your PayPal balance, or PayPal’s Pay Later. Your card provider may apply a currency conversion fee.
